Tsunan Sake Brewery is a sake brewery based in Akinari, Tsunan Town, Nakauonuma District, Niigata Prefecture, Japan. The region is known for its heavy snowfall and utilizes natural spring water from the surrounding 2,000-meter-high mountains for brewing. The brewery uses locally grown rice, including “Gohyakumangoku” and “Uonuma Koshihikari,” and embraces a brewing philosophy rooted in harmony with nature. Under the brand concept “Brew for Future – Brewing a Coexistent Future,” the brewery has pursued new value creation and international expansion through the fusion of brewing and science since its new leadership structure was established in 2023.
