From your draft to a media report
Five steps. No account approval, no sales call, no waiting for a quote.
Submit your release today, and your media pickup report lands within about two weeks.
How it works
1. Submit your release
Fill in our web form with your release text and up to 5 images. There is no account approval process — you can create an account and submit the same day.
You do not need to write in English. Send us your release in your own language and we will handle the rest.
2. We review your release
We check your release against our Content Standards: no advertising copy disguised as news, no unverifiable claims, no prohibited categories. If something needs changing, we come back to you before anything is translated.
3. We translate it — with a human
A native speaker of your target language translates the release. This is not a machine translation pass with a light edit. Company names, job titles, product names, units, and dates are all handled the way a local reader expects to see them.
We also adjust keywords for how people actually search in that market, so the release works as a search asset and not only as an announcement.
4. We distribute
Your release is published on APOC Wire and distributed to media outlets, news aggregators, and news feeds in each country you selected.
Timeline: 4 to 7 business days from submission to distribution. Releases that need translation into several languages sit at the longer end of that range — around 7 business days.
5. You get your media pickup report
We send you a report listing every outlet that picked up your release, with the live URL, the publication date, the country, and the language.
Timeline: 5 business days after distribution. We wait because pickups do not all happen at once — some outlets publish within hours, others take several days. We check across all of them before we send you the report, so what you receive is complete rather than fast.
The full timeline
| Stage | Time |
|---|---|
| Submission → distribution | 4 to 7 business days total from submission |
| Distribution → media pickup report | 5 business days |
| Total | About 2 to 2.5 weeks |
There is no submission cutoff time and no rush fee. Every release goes through the same process on the same timeline.
What to prepare
Your release text. In any language. There is no need to translate it yourself — in fact, we would rather you didn’t, so that our translator works from your original wording.
Up to 5 images. Product photos, logos, headshots, charts. Make sure you hold the rights to every image you send.
Your target countries. You can select one or many. Pricing is USD 300 per country → See pricing
A contact for media enquiries. Journalists who want to follow up need somewhere to go. Include a name and an email address in the release.
What we check, and why
We are not a publish-anything platform. Every release is read by a person before it goes out.
We do this for a practical reason: media partners stop paying attention to a newswire that floods them with low-quality submissions. Keeping the standard consistent is what keeps your release in front of editors who actually read it.
We will come back to you if a release:
- reads as advertising copy rather than news
- makes claims that cannot be verified
- falls into a category we do not distribute
- is missing the contact information a journalist would need
We come back to you before translation begins, so nothing is wasted.
After your release goes out
Your release stays online. It remains published on APOC Wire with a permanent URL, indexed by search engines and readable by AI answer engines. Unlike an email pitch, it does not disappear once the news cycle moves on.
You can distribute again. Each release is priced separately, so there is no subscription to manage and no credits to use up before they expire.
Corrections. If something needs fixing after publication, contact us. We can update the version published on APOC Wire. Outlets that picked up the release make their own editorial decisions about corrections, so we cannot promise changes on third-party sites.
