What is in the report
1. Distribution overview
The release title, the target country and language, the distribution categories, and the date it went out. One screen that tells you — and anyone you forward this to — exactly what was distributed and where.
2. Media coverage sites
Every outlet that published the release, listed individually with:
- the outlet name
- the live URL of the published article
- the outlet’s category
- its estimated monthly sessions
We classify outlets by estimated monthly sessions, using Similarweb data:

We show this breakdown because a pickup count on its own tells you nothing. Twenty small sites and one national outlet are very different results, and you should be able to tell which one you got. Every outlet in the report is listed with its tier, including the small ones.
3. Search visibility in the target country
We search Google in the target country — by your release title, by your subtitle, and by your company name — and show you where your release appears in the results, with screenshots.
This is the part clients keep coming back to. A release that ranks for your company name keeps working for months after the news cycle moves on, and increasingly it is what AI answer engines read when someone asks about you.
4. Editorial coverage and feature articles
If a journalist wrote an original article about your announcement, or if the release was shared by media accounts, we report it here.
If nothing happened beyond verbatim reprints, we say that plainly. We do not count reprints as editorial coverage, and we do not pay for coverage.
