Prices exclude tax. Japanese consumption tax is charged in addition where the transaction is taxable under Japanese tax law. |

| 返品・キャンセル・返金Cancellation and refunds | 役務の性質上、お申し込み後のキャンセルおよび返金は原則としてお受けできません。ご入金確認後ただちに翻訳・編集作業に着手するためです。 ただし、Coverage Commitment 対象国において掲載媒体数が10媒体に満たなかった場合は、当該国分の料金を全額返金いたします。お客様からのお申し出は不要です。 Because work begins immediately upon payment, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once submitted. The one exception is our Coverage Commitment: if a release does not reach 10 media pickups in a Coverage Commitment country, we refund that country’s fee in full, without the customer needing to request it. |
