Native translation, distribution, and your full media pickup report are all part of that price. There is nothing else to buy.

What costs extra
Nothing.
There are no add-on fees, no priority-handling fees, no per-image fees, and no platform fees. The number you see is the number you pay.
Free local distribution for local companies
If your company is registered in one of the countries below, you can distribute a release to that same country’s media for free. The USD 300 per-country fee is waived.
Submit your release in that country’s local language — a Thai company sends a Thai release, an Indonesian company sends an Indonesian one. No translation is involved, which is what lets us run this at no charge.

How it qualifies
- Your company’s registered address is in one of the countries above.
- You distribute to that same country — local distribution to local media.
- You submit the release in that country’s local language.
Distributing to a different country, or a release that needs translation, is still USD 300 per country. This is a current campaign, and the countries it covers may change over time.

Our Coverage Commitment
In the countries listed below, we commit to a minimum of 10 media pickups per release. If a release does not reach 10 outlets in one of these countries, we refund that country’s fee in full.

We distribute worldwide, not only to these 18 countries. In other markets we typically reach 10 or more outlets as well, but we only make a formal commitment where we have the media relationships to back it up.

Credit card
Payment is made by credit card in advance. Your release enters our workflow as soon as payment is confirmed.
Invoice billing for companies
Listed companies and larger organizations can pay by invoice under a service agreement. We have signed service agreements with publicly listed Japanese companies and can work with your legal and procurement teams.
Refunds
Fees are non-refundable once a release enters our workflow. Translation and editorial work begins immediately after payment, so we cannot reverse a submission.
The one exception is our Coverage Commitment. If a release does not reach 10 media pickups in a Coverage Commitment country, we refund that country’s fee in full — you do not need to ask.
Why this costs less than you expect
Traditional overseas PR distribution is priced per market and per circuit, and those costs are passed through from third-party vendors. Reaching several countries can turn into a project-sized budget before a single release goes out.
We work differently. We publish your release on APOC Wire itself and distribute it through direct relationships with media partners in each market. That removes the vendor markup, and it means your release stays online as a permanent, indexed asset — visible to search engines and to AI answer engines long after the news cycle moves on.

- Per country, per release. A release distributed to three countries costs USD 900.
- Are there any additional fees?
- No. Translation, distribution, images, copy check, and your pickup report are all included in the USD 300 per-country price.
- Do you offer volume discounts?
- Our per-country price is the same whether you send one release or many.
- Is there any way to distribute for free?
- Yes. If your company is registered in Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, or Australia, distributing a release to that same country in its local language is free during our current campaign. See the local distribution campaign above.
- What currency do you bill in?
- US dollars.
- Can we pay by invoice?
- Yes, for listed companies and larger organizations under a service agreement. Contact us to arrange it.
- When do you charge?
- Payment is taken in advance, before we begin translation and distribution.
- What if the release does not get picked up?
- In our Coverage Commitment countries, we refund that country’s fee if the release does not reach 10 outlets.
