EGA Futura is a privately held Argentine enterprise-software company founded in Buenos Aires in 1994 by Juan Manuel Garrido, with more than three decades building ERP, billing, and business-management software for SMEs across Latin America and beyond. Through its AI brand Vantegrate, the company now develops AI agents for medium and large organizations, including Sellium, an AI sales agent for WhatsApp aimed at complex, technical product sales. It combines EGA Futura's long enterprise-software track record with consulting partner Ventix Solutions (founded 2020).
