Led by CEO Dirk Sass, it provides box-office ticketing, access control, venue management, and artist tour management, with services including QR access, CRM tools, multi-currency support, and buyer protection (Ticket Protect). For this release it partnered with promoter PT Dhyah Production as the exclusive ticketing platform for Radja's 25th-anniversary concert at Stadium Hoki Bukit Jalil on 11 July 2026.
