Life Care Network Inc. is a Canadian (Ontario-based) non-profit organization founded in 2024 by Lino DeFacendis to connect seniors and persons with disabilities with personal support workers and advance compassionate, individualized care that helps vulnerable people live independently. The organization runs fundraising and advocacy initiatives, including the Hockey Game Brew and Roger Foley Coffee campaign, a hockey-themed coffee, music, apparel, and collectibles venture whose net proceeds support disability advocate Roger Foley's effort to fund self-directed home care.
